3. Account Creation and Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the arena login platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Arena login will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.
You agree to:
- Notify arena login immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Not share your account credentials with any third party.
- Not allow any other person to use your account to access the platform or place bets.
- Keep your registered contact details, including email address, current and accurate.
Arena login may require identity verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules

5. Payment and Transaction Terms
All transactions on the arena login platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.
Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, QR Ph bank transfers, and online banking. Arena login does not accept payments made on behalf of another person. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. If verification has not been completed, processing may be delayed.
- VIP tier members at Gold level and above receive prioritised withdrawal processing as described in the VIP program terms.
- Arena login is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems, or network outages.
- Arena login does not guarantee any specific processing timeframe beyond what is indicated within the platform.
Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited. If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, contact support immediately through the in-account support form.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The arena login platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or its content.
Arena login shall not be liable for:

In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violation, arena login may void outstanding balances and decline to process pending withdrawals.
Members who wish to close their own account may request self-exclusion through the in-account support form. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe as specified in our Responsible Gaming policy.
All content on the arena login platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of arena login or its licensed content providers.
